We encourage you to visit Hetalox Demo Page, a small part of our platform providing interactive exploration of a set of studies, which showcase results of our software. It is publicly available and does not require any registration.
Brain segmentation
We start by providing a comprehensive segmentation of the brain structures, which works on:
- FLAIR sequence,
- T1-weighted Magnetization-Prepared Rapid Gradient-Echo (T1W-MPRAGE) sequence,
- T2-weighted (T2W) sequence,
- Proton density (PD) sequence.
Brain Atlas approach requires registration of the images, but it is not necessary for our method. Our AI segmentation model can work on any of the above-mentioned images without the need for registration step.
Future plans
We are planning to expand the demo page with more examples and additional features. Stay tuned for more updates!
